Overview
Daniel Sferra is a Senior Associate at Evans Hagen & Company. He has worked on a variety of transactions and engagements since joining the firm. Mr. Sferra provides analytical support during client engagements including: complex financial modeling; valuation analyses; merger consequences; accretion / dilution; restructuring analyses; financial forecasting; due diligence review; operational assessments; as well as strategic advisory assignments.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining EHC, Mr. Sferra was employed as a financial analyst at Phoenix Management Services, a middle market restructuring boutique. In that capacity Mr. Sferra advised a number of clients on both in and out of court mandates across a number of industries including Specialty Finance, Manufacturing, Franchise Restaurants, and Waste Management. Mr. Sferra began his professional career as an Associate Consultant with Hewlett Packard Corporation, where he provided hands-on support and strategic advice to CIOs and mid-level IT Managers at Fortune 500 companies in the Healthcare and Oil & Gas industries.
Education/Affiliations
Mr. Sferra graduated with a B.A. in International Business and a B.A. in Philosophy from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Sferra is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and holds his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
